We have our basement totally refinished by Tom and his crew A few years back. Every time I go into my beautiful basement I remember all of the work and care that they put into helping make our design dreams a reality. Tom was always on top of everything kept us informed and up-to-date on the status of where we stood. He offered advice, suggestions and explained everything he was doing along the way. His crew is phenomenal not only was their craftsmanship to my very high expectations. They were the nicest gentlemen and a pleasure to have in our home. The craftsmanship, the professionalism, the integrity and the expertise was above grade in our book. We love our basement. We have had zero problems with anything and would recommend Tom and his crew to work their magic for you as well.

Expert Custom Framing in Washington, MI
Custom framing is the structural backbone of any addition, renovation, or new build. Dillon Contracting handles custom framing for Romeo homeowners who need precise, code-compliant work from the ground up. We frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roof structures to match your exact layout. Romeo's housing stock includes many older homes, with a large share built before 1980. Victorian-era houses, American foursquares, and mid-century ranches are common throughout the village. Older homes often have non-standard dimensions, load paths, or deteriorated framing that requires careful assessment before new work begins. We read the existing structure first, then frame to fit. Whether you are adding a room, finishing a basement, or building from a blank lot in a surrounding township, our crew works from your plans with clean cuts and tight joints. Call Dillon Contracting to schedule your custom framing assessment in Romeo.
